Turning

Production is made from metal bars using the latest CNC technology. We are also able to carry out pressure turning. Diameters from 0.3 to 80 mm from bars. All types of materials and small-medium and large series.

Milling

Milling, drilling and threading in various machines depending on requirements and tolerances. Values: X=1600, Y=600, Z=500 mm. Good capacity with high-speed milling.

Sheet metal

Sheet metal processing of simple or more complex details regardless of quantity, with or without pressing tools. Material thickness from 0.2 up to 25 mm. Materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, etc.

Casting / Forging

Forging - Hot and cold forging of various articles in materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass and copper.

Casting - Casting methods used are sand-casting, chill-casting, die-casting, precision forging in wax moulds. Hand or machine moulding including finishing. Suitable production methods irrespective of size and quantity.

Coldforming

Hot and cold upsetting of special articles. We can even produce various rational solutions if a secondary operation is required. Outer diameters up to 30 mm. Maximum length 130 mm. Materials: steel, stainless steel, brass and copper.

Extrusion

Extrusion of aluminium articles irrespective of size or length. Secondary operations processing is possible in the form of turning, milling or holes with screw-thread cutting. We can also arrange for anodizing.
