Quality

We work continually to improve our work on quality assurance. All our suppliers are quality-assured in accordance with ISO 9001.

We place the highest demands on our suppliers and we apply our own rigorous inspection of the products before supplying them to our customers. Hugma has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001 since 2004.

Quality assurance

Ensuring that details/deliveries maintain a consistently high quality and are delivered in the right time is something that we regard as our highest priority. Together with the customer we conduct a joint run-through of the contract, wherein we discuss materials, surface finishes, tolerances, functional dimensioning and so forth. Furthermore, logistical parameters are decided in order to ensure inventory levels and delivery schedules. This information is then forwarded to a selected supplier who controls the manufacturing process as efficiently as possible. Jointly with our suppliers we use state-of-the-art measurement equipment and conduct rigorous inspections during manufacture and an additional final inspection prior to delivery.
